“This property served our needs perfectly for our nearly weeks long stay. Very easy to commute to and from whether from the airport or traveling around Phoenix and beyond. The host was active, easy to reach, informative, and while we didn’t need to communicate any issues, I feel confident they would be responsive if issues arose. Property was very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again if we are back in Phoenix in the future.”

“Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly……

I can honestly say that out of everywhere I’ve traveled and I travel a lot. This by far is probably my number one all around experience.”

“We stayed for 3 nights for my wife's birthday. The apartment is in a very modern building with a pool, hot tub, gym, common areas, gas grill and a parking spot. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Kevin, the host is very responsive to any messages and check in with the lockbox was easy. It is a short walk to Chase Field, the Convention Center and the Footprint Center (Basketball & Shows). There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance varying from fine dining to taco's. “Great property. Know that it is a residence building and there isn’t access like a traditional apartment. Walk and getting in and out wouldn’t be easy with lots of bags. And not easy if you want to go in and out with a car regularly. Otherwise unit was comfortable and well maintained. Roof top deck is a nice plus 😉”

“Excellent experience - facility was 10 minute walk from conference center. KLVG sends very clear instructions how to check-in and check-out. Apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities - coffee maker with coffee pods, iron, ironing board, pots/pans/dishes, even a Brita water pitcher. Facility has a nice swimming pool. Most of the residents seem to be twenty-sonethings so a very youthful vibe. Would definitely stay here again!”
