“This place was excellent, clean, and has lots of living space. The home was well equipped simple but fully functional, fully set up kitchen with pots pans knifes forks all that good stuff. Communication was on point, if you have any questions or anything of the sort youll get an answer back fast. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in a fully set spot with so many things such as a pool, hot tub.”

“We came to Chandler to attend a Memorial Golf Classic at Mountain Brook Golf Club in Gold Canyon in honor of a close family friend. We initially booked our stay from September 18 to 22. Later, we decided to add an extra night to visit family. John responded quickly to my request and allowed us to extend our stay. Once we arrived, we called to ask if we could host a few of my cousins for a small get-together one evening. You both were delightful to talk to and very accommodating. My cousins live……

“We really enjoyed our long weekend at this place. I absolutely loved the patio area. I would recommend this place to everyone. Great area for plenty to see & do. We only had 2 complaints which was the AC can’t be lowered but we were comfortable, so not really a complaint. The 2nd one is the water in the shower on our last day never got hot. Other than those 2 things we had a great time. If we’re ever in that area again we will stay here again! ”

We were able to use the spices and condiments in fridge. We appreciated not having to buy salt etc. The pool was clean and inviting. My family loved every moment of our stay. “Needed a home for the wk close to GCU to move you daughter in. We were 2k miles from home and with everything going on that wk, staying here made the process that much easier. Quiet neighborhood, clean house, all the amenities we needed were there. A home away from home. Richard our host was BEYOND helpful and kind. Now that we have a vacation in AZ for the next four years, we’ll be staying in one of Richard’s home every time. Thank you again for EVERYTHING! ”

“Bed was comfortable, neighborhood was nice and quiet, the house really was close to everything. The only request I would have would be to have a skimmer on hand, so guests can get any bugs that get into the pool. I would definitely stay here again.”
