“Upgraded to an ocean view room. The view is amazing. It’s one of the prime locations But it needs some renovation the wall ac barely works Remote control faded can’t read the directions lol Bedding is not too bad but an upgrade is necessary Furnitures outdated mixed and match. There’s a narrow gap between the toilet and the wall, it’s difficult to squeeze in the gap to get in the shower Dispirited things mention above I still highly recommended and will stay there again. Friendly staff super……

“This resort is just the perfect size, not too big neither too small. Everything you need in terms of pools, beach, service and food. Everything was great. All rooms facing the ocean is a big plus, and the fantastic view of the sunset each day. Finally situated at a walking distance from downtown Puerto Vallarta and the Malicon boardwalk. ”

“Terrible hard push to sell Timeshare. Felt like a hostage situation , multiple calls. Ended up steering clear of the concierge and avoiding the welcome breakfast losing $40 because we didn’t show. Not too bothered about the $40 loss in place of avoided hearse sale tactics. Terrible to be bombarded and forced in to listening to timeshare pitch before even getting to our room or been given the keys . Only escorted to the room once we had listened to the initial Sales pitch. I do not recommend this……

“I've walked by this property during a prior visit in PV. What caught my attention was the colorful netting that was covering the courtyard. A beautiful celebration welcoming you to Mexico. Fast forward a couple months later, we're here and trying it out.... First off, location is AMAZING. Literally right in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Everything is literally footsteps and minutes away. You have the beach a few minutes walk down. As well as the well known Los Muertos Pier. Restaurant one……

“I had the top floor room by the bar and pool area. The room had 2 private bedrooms with the master having a en-suite one; truly was awesome and the views were amazing! The staff were always friendly and the bartender always remembered your drink order. Overall this hotel made ten days in PV seem like I was home!”
