Baño grande y limpio. Todo bastante bien cuidado y mantenido. Las camas muy cómodas. El propietario dio bastante facilidades en el proceso de check in y checkout. Incluso nos permitió dejar las maletas el día del checkout unas horas y así pode aprovechar el día, lo cual es de agradecer. Sin duda un acierto de……

“當初訂旅館是說每天有一瓶氣泡水，不過入住時候我在冰箱沒有發現。房間感覺有挑高，浴室跟房間都有窗戶面向花園。六月的羅馬很熱,可是一進房卻變涼爽，房內插頭有提供usb充電很值得讚賞。浴室是乾濕分離。樓下就是51號公車。不差一趟1.5eu車錢的其實一天可以用公車當代步工具。住了四天三夜我還不知道房東是誰。”

“This is a beautiful hotel. Excellent and friendly service. Breakfast is good based mainly on a sweet breakfast. The only problem with the hotel is it's location. To get to the centre you need to take a 30mins bus. Bus stop is close by. However, getting a hotel in central Rome is expensive and at times not to the standards provided by this hotel.”

“The Ludus Rooms have a great location by the Colleseum. The property was clean and comfortable and the staff was welcoming.”

“Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit 2 seperaten Schlafzimmern und optional einer Couch zum Ausziehen. Alles neu und super eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp mit dem Geistservice war hervorragend und hat problemlos funktioniert. Zu Fuß 5 Minuten ans Colloseum. Von da aus kann man wunderbar die restliche Stadt erkunden. Alternativ befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus die Straßenbahn & Bushaltestelle. ”

“这是一个民宿，不是酒店，但是房东人非常好，详细为我们介绍了房间周边及罗马景点信息，为客人准备了地图及公交线路信息，非常信心。房子位于一个安静的社区，房间干净舒适，所需用品齐全，而且非常方便。早餐在旁边一个中国人开的小餐厅，提供意式早餐。整体感觉非常好，很好的房间，很好的房东，很好的住宿体验。唯一的缺点式离火车站稍远，地铁三四站。不过总体还算方便。”

“Room is clean and nice. New decoration. 5 mins walk to coloseo metro. Next to a park which is nice for jogging. 10 mins walk to a 24hours supermarket. I arrived hotel after 6pm and needed to pay 10 euro for late check-in. Hotel is good if you don't need any room service. ”

“Within 10 mins away from metro! Good location. Great inside, tidy, super clean and quiet, friendly and nice staff. One thing to complain, no hair dryer, beside that, perfect! Will come back for sure ! ”

“I received messages/emails from the hotel how to get to the hotel and how to get inside the building, so I had no problem checking-in, except I got lost inside the building. The room was clean, bright and tidy. There are restaurants in a walking distance, so quite convenient. ”
