“Disappointing experience, it's hard to imagine this room costs £180. The floor creaks. The air conditioner is broken, the safe has no batteries, and the air conditioner remote has no batteries. The room is small, and there is guitar playing downstairs early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sound insulation is poor, and you can often hear laughter from the next room. The hallway is very narrow. It feels damp. It is also far from the city center. I would definitely not choose……

“Our room is cozy, spacious and clean! Beddings are clean and crispy. Mattress is so soft and comfy. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Hearty and nutritious breakfast available every morning. The location is convenient. 7 stops by bus 436 or 36 from tube station (Oval), with loads of great pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Not quite noisy at night even we slept with the window open. Totally safe and chill to take a walk at night. Easy to get around by buses. Will definitely stay there……

“Despite me getting back to their email straight away, they did not confirm the check in time (you have to meet someone at the property) until the day before and that was after many ignored messages and calls. They asked for a £250 deposit on a 1 night stay that a week later is yet to be returned (there is no argument that the property was left in exactly the condition it was found). The shower was broken and there was no hot water. They asked for extra money on leaving for an "extra linen"……

“We only stayed for one night but it was a wonderful stay, walking distance for Kennington tube station. Felt very secure with multiple locks to the various hotel levels. The only negatives i would say is small issues with wear and tear with the room just a little bit here and there would help. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the pub in the morning. Next time we pop down to London we are definitely planning another stay here”

“我們帶幼兒的一家三口住了7晚，初到時對位置比較失望，因為離地鐵站15分鐘距離，而且不在繁華大街上，而是位在小區的大街上，可是住了多天，認識了酒店附近就喜愛上這酒店位置了，走5分鐘，無論在前方或後方，都有好味的小館酒吧，走15分鐘就到著名的Borough market，附近也有美味的餐廳。飯店附近有2個好玩的playground ，Borough站也有一個很大的playground，滿足幼兒的喜好。 The Shard 只有三間餐廳及觀景層，沒有商場，不是吃飯或高層觀光就不用去了。酒店早餐美味，每天更換口味，新鮮熱呼呼的麵包，個人覺得十分滿意。酒店職員親切，主動聊天像家人，可是查詢附近餐廳，的士或租車公司就沒有資料提供，也不會幫忙查找，要靠自己處理。洗衣房衛生良好，機器頗新，沒有異味。房間每天打掃及清潔，提供毛巾，基本衛浴清洗液。我會推薦行程輕鬆的朋友。最後，最近租車地點在waterloo station，酒店附近有24小時£35的停車場。”

Be careful if you are sensitive to noise.

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
