“Cheaper price for taking 10 minutes metro from Termini station. And the restaurant right next to the hotel is really good and always full of guests. A supermarket is situated inside a small shopping centre where is in the main street and the entrance of the metro. The staff are nice, and the breakfast is adequate with unlimited coffee, milk, juice, bread, boiled eggs, cakes, cereal. Will definitely back to this hotel, cheap price, big room with private toilet, clean and safe in surrounding……

“Good location, easy access to public transportation. Nice facility from Rome Standards (a bit smaller compared to American lodging facilities). Very nice and responsive staff. I would like to stay again.”

“This is not a hotel. Not a hotel. The address is correct but no way to contact owner except telephone. No buzzer on apt. building or name next to buzzer. The local police helped me make contact. Next to Appia Antica is great. This is a 3 bedroom, singe shared bath b&b.”

“My husband and I stayed here May 29 and 30, and were very pleased. The best part was the service. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We also really liked our room, which had been updated recently with the latest technology and fixtures. The hotel is conveniently located next to a Metro stop with a nice park and playground across the street. It is within walking distance to many restaurants ranging from Trip Advisor recommended local dining to local pizza places, to McDonalds.……

“这是一个民宿，不是酒店，但是房东人非常好，详细为我们介绍了房间周边及罗马景点信息，为客人准备了地图及公交线路信息，非常信心。房子位于一个安静的社区，房间干净舒适，所需用品齐全，而且非常方便。早餐在旁边一个中国人开的小餐厅，提供意式早餐。整体感觉非常好，很好的房间，很好的房东，很好的住宿体验。唯一的缺点式离火车站稍远，地铁三四站。不过总体还算方便。”

“當初訂旅館是說每天有一瓶氣泡水，不過入住時候我在冰箱沒有發現。房間感覺有挑高，浴室跟房間都有窗戶面向花園。六月的羅馬很熱,可是一進房卻變涼爽，房內插頭有提供usb充電很值得讚賞。浴室是乾濕分離。樓下就是51號公車。不差一趟1.5eu車錢的其實一天可以用公車當代步工具。住了四天三夜我還不知道房東是誰。”
