“I have lived in hotels in different areas in London but this hotel’s location is simply the best. There is a comfortable lounge with free coffee and free printing. There is also a free self-serviced laundry and dryer which is very useful. My room has a decent kitchen though I did not use it. ”

“I have booked a deluxe room but they gave me a superior room. Room smells cigarettes and humid wood which is very unpleasant. I didn’t ask for any morning call but they called me at 6am!! The staff called Darika that helped me check in has a unwelcoming attitude and not helpful at all. The location of this hotel isn’t great and far to anywhere.
