“Very convenient location with only two minutes' walk from underground station. Room is spacious and tidy. The pantry is very useful. However, there were few pieces of broken floor boards in my room, no lift, room cleaning service available alternative days.”

“There were few people waiting for their room keys to be fixed when we checked in, when we tried to enter the room, the lock doesn't work too so we also have to wait for technician to fix it.
