“Second time here, mainly for the london eye view. Location is great. But service was really …merely acceptable. Slow, cold, not so friendly. Lower your expectation on warm and welcoming service. Otherwise, all good. ”

However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I……

“Very traditional and classic English hotel. I love the old style of building itself as you cannot experience in other 5 star hotel. Room is tiny but bed is superb. They seems lack of staff during night time as some of the orders took a while to be done. ”
