“We had a wonderful stay at The Mayfair Townhouse. From the moment we entered until the moment we left everyone was so friendly and gracious. The location was wonderful near stores, a mall and a beautiful park right across Buckingham Palace. Getting a cab was easy with the help of the staff. Though we purposely chose to walk everywhere that wasn’t too far to get in our steps. And once back in the room, we had the most comfortable bed. We slept so wonderfully in our nice cool room. “The location is excellent, can walk to most of the sightseeing area and museum. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room size is not small and very clean. Just one small thing is the bath door which next to the bed, it has loud sound when close the bath room door. But it is not big deal. The hotel has valet parking. I will stay at this hotel again. ”

“Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected”

“Hotel is newly opened, nice environment and excellent location. However, not enough caring as 5-star Hotel, can’t find TV remote control in the room, no coffee mixer / spoon, no trash in the room, only one in toilet. The most important for me, cannot connect wifi in my room, only able to connect the main hotel wifi, but coverage so bad and always disconnected.”
