“Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected”

“The location is very cinvenient, and the hotel staff are very nice and friendly which impressed me, but the room is too small and even much older in comparison of other same price level hotels. honestly speaking, I would rather stay in the other nearby hotel such as Amba Hotel with almost the same price.”

“Hotel is newly opened, nice environment and excellent location. However, not enough caring as 5-star Hotel, can’t find TV remote control in the room, no coffee mixer / spoon, no trash in the room, only one in toilet. The most important for me, cannot connect wifi in my room, only able to connect the main hotel wifi, but coverage so bad and always disconnected.”
