“酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。”

“There were few people waiting for their room keys to be fixed when we checked in, when we tried to enter the room, the lock doesn't work too so we also have to wait for technician to fix it. “Location is very good, just 5 minutes walk to Bayswater subway station. A lot of choices for dinning close by the hotel. Major problem is no air conditioning in the room. It is extremely hot when stay in the hotel room during summer time.”
