“No Table, no any cup in the room. A bit inconvenience. Location is good!”

“酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。”

“There were few people waiting for their room keys to be fixed when we checked in, when we tried to enter the room, the lock doesn't work too so we also have to wait for technician to fix it. The room's not clean, hair on the floor, stain on the bed sheet, bathroom door is broken which could the be closed properly. The safe didn't work. There's no wifi for the whole journey, they promised they would fix it but obviously they didn't do anything. The morning-shift staff said they'll do it in the……

“I was being told that the twin rooms were all located on the lower ground floor. However, there was a very stinky smell in the room mainly from the toilet which made the experience become the worst. I believe no one wants to stay in such a room. Although the staff are polite, that doesn’t help if the property itself is in a poor condition. When I saw from the outside of the room, the steam and gas from the pipes were so close to the window of the room. See the image attached. I won’t recommend……
