“There were few people waiting for their room keys to be fixed when we checked in, when we tried to enter the room, the lock doesn't work too so we also have to wait for technician to fix it. The room's not clean, hair on the floor, stain on the bed sheet, bathroom door is broken which could the be closed properly. The safe didn't work.
