“I booked 3-single-bed room, and Hotel.Com also confirm my booking, but they only assign me a double bed + single bed room, it's total different, because we have 3 adult stay in one room， the room is also very hot only have a small fan. Anyway, it's a very bad experience”

“Poor X 1000s，整體質素勁差劣，房間細小不要緊，但是十分破舊，污糟邋遢，掀起床冚床單上佈滿頭髮垃圾紙碎污跡，要求替換，只是取走床單，沒有再鋪上新的，有虱，連櫈都沒有一張，工作枱放了水壺茶杯也沒多地方可做工作枱面，行李喼要放床上，企缸極其狹窄，肥胖客人一定關不上門，洗手盤佈滿塵埃。住了5天沒有清潔過房間。 唯一可取是方便，近火車站。 整體是萬分差勁，不會介紹給朋友，只會提醒他們不要訂這間酒店。 不可能屬3星酒店，質素只可作時鐘酒店。😬”

“The hotel is so stylish, with good location, friendly and efficient staff. The WiFi is at fast speed. The hotel also provides variety choices for breakfast especially fruits. There are a no of restaurants around, near to Paddington station and bus stations.”

“整體很棒體驗，櫃檯服務很好，尤其是Rafik有耐心的幫忙回答很多疑慮。早餐簡單、基本。房間雖小但功能都有且有大小燈睡眠模式等，浴室出水口有多種設定”

“Somehow there was no hot water for me to bath, depends on my luck. room is too small and there is almost no place for me to open the suitcase, the room was clean but there was some smell.”

“Not so close to train station. And the staff is not particularly helpful. Well they let one of our guests check in early which is nice. But denied us for checking out at 12 instead of 11. Not particularly clean and the air conditioning made funny noises. ”
