“The room smelled of cigarette smoke although the room was supposedly a non-smoking room and the front desk claimed the hotel was a non-smoking hotel. The solution was to open the door to the balcony. The air-conditioning was not on, presumably because it was noisy. There was no room service menu in the room and when i went down and asked the front desk for one just before 9.30pm, they omitted to say that orders were not possible since the restaurant wasn't taking orders any longer.
