“Clean and comfortable. The condition let it down a little, e.g. badly damaged headboard, it would be easy to replace. Also the rooms are in the car park and cars are right outside the downstairs rooms’ windows. With an eye mask I got a good nights sleep and the pub is lovely, people friendly and the breakfast is very good. ”

“Set in a lovely situation, away from all the hustle & bustle! The woodland walk on property that we asked about was actually no longer accessible, but just walking along the long driveway provided nice views of the countryside and flower-farm in the distance! “My wife & I decided we needed a "just the two of us" getaway, & this establishment flashed up as a great deal for our time-frame. it's easy to reach off the M4, which was great, & even on a Friday evening it wasn't a bark to get to even though we were expecting commuter traffic. We were quickly checked in & allocated our room (#8, ground floor rear of the court yard, nearest the car park!). We weren't at all disappointed with the quality, size & comfort of this recently decorated haven. Lovely……

“The staff are fantastic and so friendly, making the stay really comfortable. However, the outdoor pool was quite dirty, including the loungers and the pool surfaces with bird poo and staining on the tiles. Also our room did not have air conditioning and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep the first night. After this we had fans on which the hotel supplied. We had a lovely stay despite the small issues. ”

“The service was excellent, and the food in the restaurant was fine. The bathrooms in the rooms could use a refresh, and while the rooms aren't as soundproof as advertised, they are still fairly quiet. The bed was very comfortable.”

“Whole building is on a bit of slant which makes moving around your room interesting. Restaurant food was not good. Beer was warm. Hamburger was tasteless. Pancakes were hard to cut. ”

“基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。”
