“Our 3 night stay at the Palazzo Roma was wonderful. It started off with Oliver reaching out through WhatsApp the day before check in to see if we needed transfer from the airport.
We were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco and shown to our room promptly. One of the staff recommended restaurant options near the hotel and helped us make reservations.
The hotel itself was beautiful. It’s in a building from the 17th century. Had a number of salons and rooms to relax in. A la carte……
“Made several attempts prior to stay to inquire about parking since we had a rental car and didn’t hear back until we arrived which was several hours after check in time. Could use better markings to get to the property. Never mentioned to that you had to get through door 4 to get to 204. Other than that our stay was great. Beautiful home. ”
“This hotel is pure luxury with ousting and super friendly stuff. We were well taken care of, we were helped when we needed to and everyone always had a big smile on their faces.
We only ate breakfast in the hotel but selection was good and service even better. Bed was very comfortable and I really loved the pillows and the quality of the bedding. You will get all five star hotel treatment if you stay there. We booked the suite so we had a space for our 17 year old son. He stayed in the living……

"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
