“This was my fourth stay at the Ace Brooklyn and the hotel gets better and better each time. The staff is wonderful, the hotel is beautiful, and it feels like the hotel anticipates every need before I even know that I have one. Love this place!”

“A hidden gem. Don't stay at outrageously priced hotels in Manhattan. Instead stay here where it's just a 5 minute walk to a train station that will get you into the heart of Manhattan within 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself was lovely and I was impressed with the amount of space my and my friend had in the twin room... especially since it's New York! (our previous stay before this was in a cramped room that was half the size for almost the same price). ”

“抵達入住可提前check in需另付50美金。單人入住仍給兩人份毛巾組，一抵達飯店想沖澡發現毛巾有異物毛髮，還好有另一組毛巾可用，所以就沒特別通報櫃檯需更換。房間內部擺設很喜歡、窗外可以看到曼哈頓市區建築物、有廚房附餐具可使用。電視一打開居然有自己的名字，很驚喜、很用心、很喜歡。早上6:00-9:00有免費早餐。無法另外付款延後退房、行李無法免費寄放，需要寄放行李要另外支付每個行李10美元。”

“有訂早餐,但客服人員卻表示沒有含早餐,後來還要自己寫信給飯店,但已經損失了一天的早餐,雖然後來從免稅店選了禮物,但價值並不相當,亦難補缺失”

“Stayed in a terrace suite. Had everything we needed for dining in and tons of space. The terrace was large and relatively private. Our only complaints were the couch being too low and the bed being too firm, but both were still totally doable. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.”
