“Thanks again for a beautiful stay. House was clean and very comfortable. Has every utensil you would need for cooking /barbecuing , he was also kind enough to leave two propane tanks for the barbecue! Located in a quiet neighborhood that is near some top notch dining. Pool is beautiful:)! Great place to have a family vacation. Great communication with the property owner , they will go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. ”

“The property was very nice. The kitchen appliances could use replacing. The main disappointment was the TV setup. The You Tube TV was lousy. The wifi in a couple of the bedrooms would fail at random times then you'd have no TV. Even when it worked it was bad. I would suggest just getting a normal cable TV Plan and people that have subscriptions to Netflix, Peacock, HBO Max, etc.. can sign on to use those if desired. Also the lock on the bathroom powder room door on the main floor doesn't work.……

“Enjoyed our stay and the host was responsive to the couple of needs we had. Area was quiet although we had hoped for a heated pool. Centrally located and easy to get to our friend's home and other shopping areas.”

“Kenneth,Your place was perfect for our group. My granddaughters( 3 & 6) adored their rooms and were so excited to show everyone their girly girly rooms. We had 3 sets of families, each with their own wing of privacy. The home was spacious and beautiful and the pool in the back provided hours of enjoyment. There were lots of goodies in the garage that came in handy for the girls enjoyment and taking to the beach. Everyone felt very comfortable in this nice neighborhood and it was only minutes……

“Loved the privacy, the location to the beach and quite a few amazing restaurants all with him walking distance. The access to the private pool the comfy cozy beach house feeling inside the house. The host was more than accommodating and responsive he went above and beyond. We will be back!”
