“We loved our stay at the Hilton Liberty Place in Charleston! I almost don't want to share how nice our accommodations were in fear that the next time we go to book here that the rates will increase or there will be no availability. Such an awesome "at home" feeling. If there was one "con" it would be that there's no pool - but we knew that before we booked, so no really a problem for us on this trip. Definitely "thumbs up" property!”

“The renovation was top notch. Breakfast was tremendous. On a scale of one to ten we rated the staff at a twelve. I hate to say it but we were quite disappointed with the food in the area other than the Fleet Landing. The sidewalks were HORRIBLE as my handicapped wife could only take her mobility device on the streets. The water near the pier had a horrible methane gas smell and the pier smelled from deisel fumes from the passing ships. The aquarium was a waste of time and money. When it……

“I had an excellent stay at The Iris. The suits are well appointed and clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, towels are plush, kitchenette is well equipped and basics as oil spray, sugar, creamer and coffee are provided. The Dyson hair dryer is a plus. There’s plenty closet space, a TV in the sleeping area and another on the sitting area. For $25 a night they provide carrousel parking onsite which is very convenient. The area feels safe and very convenient to dining and shopping yet quiet……

“The Emeline Hotel is very unique. We got upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was a wonderful surprise. They have a great coffee place inside and a small shopping area - big bar and sitting area outside. There sister hotel is the Ryder - so they give you drink tokens and you can get a free drink and sit near the pool if you wish. They did not charge us for valet parking -- which was super cool something to do with our status but yet The Ryder Hotel DID CHARGE 55.-- for parking plus resort……
