“We loved our stay at Diamond Bay Condotel. The room had a little musty smell but we got used to it and the staff service definitely made up for it. For the price, it was very nice. The grounds and pool area are well maintained. It was a ways away from activities but Grab (Uber) are super affordable and plentiful. Great stay!”

“The staff is really helpful and nice. The facilities are great, there are sauna, theater and mini golf course. The breakfast they served taste good, especially the crab meat noodle soup. However, the location is a bit far away from the city. We can still order food via grab.”

“Staff were professional and helpful. Choices for breakfast was slightly fewer but the separate arrangement of breakfast locations for guests of different room types were perfect as you could enjoy a more cozy environment in the morning. The room was probably newly renovated and thus it was quite comfortable. It would be even better if a new hair dryer could be provided (the existing one was just too old). Yet, all in all, the residence experience was quite nice. Will definitely consider……

“I put on the 'do not disturb' light but the servicer has came inside and cleaned the room without my permission. I feel disappointed for this behavior. Event hough, there is no persoanl belongings lost or not. It's not good feeling in ther services.”
