“What a lovely hotel. Everything was wonderful, didn’t want to leave ”

“大致上乾淨，服務也有禮。（沒有特別超級有禮。）但是洗頭水及沖涼液是環保樽裝，卻沒有補充，只有很少。最後用了自己帶來的。步行至Haymarket火車站近，大約5分鐘。可是 Haymarket附近沒有景點，要行去市中心需要15分鐘。這一區很多酒店，無論住那個酒店也是需要行15分鐘回到市中心景點。”

“The receptionists and other workers were very welcoming and professional and helpful and accomodating.I dont like the rule of the hotel about you cant bring outside food(cooked) like pizza and food in box etc., into your room.That is the worse rule you can have at a hotel without a proper explanation that makes sense.Was told guests complain about the smell.That cant be.Because if a restaurant is on property,how does that explanation make sense.If one is worried about rats and cockroaches……

“Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and the hotel is located within walking distance from the train station. I just feel that it was newly opened and everything is in great condition. The breakfast is great, but unfortunately, we were not get notified of the opening times of the restaurant, so we miss one of the breakfasts due to early departure for the train (there was a strike on that day). Apart from that, I will definitely reconsider this hotel when I visit Edinburgh again.”

“Lovely feel to the building and rooms. I wanted quiet and convenient and got both. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. When traveling away from home, it can be lonely and strange. Not so at the Albany. Thanks to you.”

“Lovely appointed and prepared room in the west end, handy for the relaxed, less touristy drinking and eating on Rose Street. Recommend nipping out to Cairngorm Coffee, a lovely local eatery for breakfast, and take a walk down to The Dean Bridge and along the Water of Leith Walkway to St Bernards Well and Stockbridge.”

“This has been my favourite find so far. The location is stunning, environment relaxing, the staff are fantastic. I have enjoyed many return visits to dine in the lovely restaurant and to stay. The children feel this is like a home from home and treat some of the staff like family.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to several bus stops and many food options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The only small things that could be improved are the storage space in the room (there’s no wardrobe, just a clothes rack) and the cleaning, as used cups were not removed during my stay. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it! ”
