“Room was clean and tidy, although there was a little mould on the shower room floor. Ned was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that other guests were very noisy, in and out of rooms until around 4 am. Otherwise, a nice hotel.”

“The property was fine for what we needed it for, a one night stay before the London Marathon. It needs some repairs and has some sections in the bathroom and kitchen held filled with exposed expanding foam. The floor is coming up in the kitchen in one corner. Overall it does the job but isn’t in the best condition. ”

“No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice……
