“A good place for its price point and very convenient to the PNC Pavilion. Check in was somewhat chaotic. The first person at the desk needed to call for backup. They said they charge a $25 down payment for non smoking rooms, which isn’t on the Hotels.com listing. Still, the people were pleasant. We weren’t expecting luxury. “My wife and I attended a preseason football game at the Bank of America Stadium. This location was very convenient. The employees here are all very nice. The rooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable the showerhead really good water. Breakfast had a wide variety, including croissants, bagels, a yogurt bar, and you could order hot food as part of your stay. “We have stayed here several times due to racing at the Speedway. Always clean, helpful staff. No complaints. The area has lots of things you can walk to including several restaurants. The area near the mall seems to be a bit sketchy. We were always so busy we weren't really out and about after dark, but keep this in mind. Would stay here again.”
