“The hotel was super tidy and organized. My room was neat, the sheets were clean, and the bathroom was in great condition. The hallways and lobby were also well kept. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, and I really enjoyed my stay.”

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”
