“We did not stay at our original condominium that was reserved, due to elevator being repaired & we were traveling with a handicap person. Oui host,Razvan REALLY can to our rescue. He quickly got us new accommodations that was GREAT!! Not only that, he also provided us with a motorized scooter to use. Our new place was Wonderful & he was so accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!! A”

“I was very impressed with the rooms and how clean the property overall was. It was the best places we’ve stayed at and we’ve been coming done for 4 years now. Only issue I could stay and it wasn’t a big one. The bathtub drain was very slow draining. ”

“This condo was extremely clean, well stocked with every we needed, and a great location for walking around Gatlinburg. There is a very steep hill to the complex, which was fine with us but someone who has trouble walking would need to drive around town instead. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“Very responsive, quick and clear communications. The home is beautiful, was as described and well beyond. It was thoughtfully stocked with so many unexpected extras that really made it feel like home, which we appreciated. The beds and living furniture were comfy, kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after long days out and about. The balconies are a nice place to relax with morning coffee or an evening cocktail. We spent a whole day at Anakeesta and two days at Dollywood.……
