“Perfect studio for visiting Alameda. Very close to Park street so you can walk to cafes and restaurants easily. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and felt very cozy and welcoming. Hosts were totally accommodating without being overbearing. Their onboarding/arrival guides are somehow on the level of major modern hotel chains and provides all any any information you might need. 10/10, would stay again! ”

“I rented this guest cottage for my elderly Dad (we live nearby but have no space for him to stay). It is spacious (feels even larger due to high, vaulted ceilings and skylights (do bring an eye pillow if you want to sleep in), has a large and super well equipped kitchen, and is really comfortable with both inside and (semi-private) outside seating. My Dad would enthusiastically stay here again and enjoyed meeting the owners very much who were kind to show him how to operate the heat and coffee……

In less than a minute you could be eating a magnificent burger from Scolaris or enjoying an espresso from Highwire. Place is amazing, you’ve got 2 ferry’s to boat over to SF so you dont have to deal with traffic…great and friendly host! ”

The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The garage was as clean as the house and it was great to be able to park our rental inside the garage.
