You have to request room cleaning but it was no problem. Our mini fridge wasn't working and when we called the front desk to let them know, they quickly brought us up a new fridge. The AC worked very well which is huge when staying in the New Orleans area during a heat wave! The pantry in the lobby was well stocked. They accommodated us with extra towels when requested.
