“Overall it was a great stay. Met our needs for 2 days. Overall it was clean. Other then the couch in the room was stained up. And the pool was really cloudy and dirty. So we didn't go swimming.”

“Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good.……
