“I recently spent a week at Casa Ritual in Puerto Vallarta, and it was an exceptional experience. The villa’s beautiful architecture is creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. I stayed in the Superior, 1 Queen bed room with 2 windows and was very pleased with it. The service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Whether it was assistance with early check-in, local recommendations or prompt service at the on-site restaurant, their hospitality was……

“Terrible hard push to sell Timeshare. Felt like a hostage situation , multiple calls. Ended up steering clear of the concierge and avoiding the welcome breakfast losing $40 because we didn’t show. Not too bothered about the $40 loss in place of avoided hearse sale tactics. Terrible to be bombarded and forced in to listening to timeshare pitch before even getting to our room or been given the keys . Only escorted to the room once we had listened to the initial Sales pitch. I do not recommend this……

“Beautiful complex with 24 hour security. We had a 3 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms we also had a sofa bed and were 8 and comfortably fit in the space. The pool and rooftop is amazing we really enjoyed our time. We received a welcome bottle of wine, loved it. ”

“The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. Thanks so much.”

“Rooms 13 and 14 are beside a indoor volleyball court that is next door. The building is slightly connect to the hotel, those rooms are loud from the early morning untill afternoon. Monday thru Friday due to the volleyball court use.”
