We had booked a Vibrant Studio and were upgraded to the Urban Residence (1 bedroom, with balcony) for one of our two-night stay. Both apartments are well appointed and stunningly beautiful. “Beyond excellent !!! I felt so wonderfully taken care of during the whole experience. Beautiful, classy without being pretentious. Perfect location & neighborhood. Walkable to everything! The staff was just amazing and attentive. The bathrooms showers were relaxing and bed /bedding so comfy ! Room was spacious. Temp control was easy especially bc we needed it to be cool to escape the heat outdoors. My 11 yo daughter and I loved the snacks and refreshments in lobby 24/7. I could not have picked a……

“The most gorgeous property! The building, lobby and apartment are all very clean, new and beautifully appointed. The apartment itself was huge and had everything we could need (kitchen appliances, coffee, clothing steamer, etc). We chose to have our breakfast delivered to the room each day, which allowed us to enjoy the balcony and really feel like we lived there. The breakfast was also delicious and offered tons of different options. We can’t wait to return!”

Hotel très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne (distance du centre faisable sans transport, tram à deux coins de rue). Plein de restaus et bars proches. Magnifique site. Piscine très agréable. Les avions sont un peu perturbants au départ mais les fenêtres isolent vraiment.”

“飯店位於City Hall前方廣場旁，所以安全無虞，同時，離市區景點都很近(除了貝倫區及阿法瑪區之外)，步行15～20分鐘內都可到達。算是小型飯店，裝潢風格較復古。服務人員都很年輕、親切，服務也很好，每天還會贈送小禮物及問候卡片，很貼心。唯一的小缺點是，飯店不在馬路旁，前方是下City Hall停車場的車道，也沒有明顯的招牌，如果搭計程車或uber前往，若司機不熟悉，可能會有困難找到飯店。”

“Beautifully restored old Palace with 3 outside terraces to relax at & a pool. Staff is exceptionally accommodating & friendly. Stairs, no elevator. Will definitely return, a great find in Lisbon.”

“In Chiado on a side street just a short walk to the water and sights. For me perfectly located for a self guided walking tour from the castle to green street!. But for those out of shape , with disability or with a stroller its a hike up the hill. The hotel is charming and the rooms very clean and well-appointed with a very nice kitchen setup plus a washer. Enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay again!”
