“Our stay was wonderful here and we would recommend this place to others as well. It’s a 30-minute drive to Bar Harbor, ME but really close to restaurants, grocery stores, other stores. The staff were very nice and they offered mini breakfast as well. Highly recommend!”

“What a wonderful home for a family reunion/birthday party! Our ages ranged from 11 to 81. As I wandered the many halls and rooms I liked to imagine I was in a Jane Austen or E.M. Forester novel. We all loved the house so much.It's true as other reviewers mentioned it's a little spare for the folks who use walkers and canes, no hand holds in the bathrooms and all showers are (gorgeous) on the second floor. But we worked it out fine. The younger set loved the loft space. Each bedroom has its own……

“Beautiful facility in the quiet part of the village. 12 min walking distance to the water side and all restaurants, shopping and sport activities. 5 min drive from Acadia National Park Loop. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms perfectly clean and maintained. Just couldn’t get better making the reservation :-)”
