“The bed sheets damp, bathroom door is bad, cannot working ”

“Air conditioner fan was ridiculously loud, had to turn off and open window to have peace to sleep. room was clean and comfortable, bed very comfortable and loved the deep tub. just fix the air system thanks. ”

“Very clean , worker are very nice and friendly , It was so noisy above my room , we found out two young kids jumping around the room with toy guns , it was 11 pm , luckily we were moved from 1st floor to 3rd floor , able to sleep finally.”

“We found this hotel on our way from Florida to New York. It was a very good and clean hotel. In particular, the beautiful lady at the front desk helped us very enthusiastically. Thank you very much!”

“The television and remote did not allow us to change any channels. The air conditioner unit was making a loud noise which meant it had to be turned off in order to sleep. The front desk helped as much as they could, but after a long journey it was disappointing to not have the everything work properly. We will not be staying there on our return trip home.”

“Very good staff who were polite and professional. The room was clean but older and a bit worn. Breakfast was pretty decent and well stocked. We needed more pillows and towels and they're very quick with delivery. ”
