“Very new hotel”

“入住给的房间，居然没有打扫，换了一个房间之后，洗完澡发现又没有吹风机。”

“Front office staff all of them frie dly and excellent.. Technical service staff is very helpfull because of my tv. My room is very clean tha k you to housekeeping. Breakfast staff is nice but I have a complain about one of them who is working on saturday morning.other lady who is working sunday and monday excellent. On satudayI ate my breakfast and then I haven't any time for that reason I take 1 banana and 2 pieces pancake whith me .becauae I haven't enough time to finish my breakfast for that……

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“The hotel is in opposite The Museum of American Revolution. It’s very convenient to tour for tourists.”
