“有訂早餐,但客服人員卻表示沒有含早餐,後來還要自己寫信給飯店,但已經損失了一天的早餐,雖然後來從免稅店選了禮物,但價值並不相當,亦難補缺失”

“Clean, everything worked and up to date. Staff was very accommodating. Would stay again.”

“Overall experience and stay is highly recommended. Had a great view from the room, staff was pleasant and displayed good inviting hospitality. Hotel also had a restaurant and Starbucks on the poperty if you didn't feel the need to venture out. I would most certainly recommend this place as your next stay whenever your in town.”

“Front desk is helpful but shuttle bus driver is rude so I did not tip. That’s it. Other than that, everything is fine.”
