“The hotel is located very close to the beach and you have many shopping and dinning options. Room was clean but the toilet wasn’t working well at times. The front desk was either left alone or there was only one person working at a time. With kids, we decided not to bother or have to move rooms. Checkins took a long time or whenever someone was upfront. The cleaning staff was really nice. Also, continental breakfast is extremely basic. I would recommend more options and more staff at front……

“Our stay was fine but the communication of construction and no use of the outdoor pool/splash pad was poor. I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. The condo was comfy but definitely needs some repairs/updating. Sink faucet was very loose, missing baseboards, lots of little things to make it……
