“Wonderful attention to detail. Clean white linen and towels. Hot shower. Fresh coffee in am. Super clean!!! Pool area and pavillion with outside shower and bathroom. Full kitchen for use. Front desk staff very friendly speaking english very well. Carlos and Eduardo were outstanding. Always helpful and accomodating. Top of our list having stayed in Playa at 6 different places. Valuse for money is great. Looking forward to returning there”

“The hotel is in a good location. The rooftop pool has a great view. I paid a high resort fee, but I still couldn't enjoy my time at the pool. The pool was so dirty because the non-hotel guests, the daytime guests, threw cigarettes and alcohol into the water. It was so disappointing.”
