I left something in the room when I checked out and within an hour of leaving they contacted me to let me know fortunately I was still in town and I was able to come back and get it I’ve stayed at many properties where things like this doesn’t happen or they notify you about something days later. This was very proactive and appreciative”

“Enjoyable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Pensacola Airport - Medical Center. Our room was ready early for check in and was clean and comfortable. The bathroom smelled musty but was clean. The pool area is nice.”

“我喜欢这种规模不太大的度假酒店, 我们订的池景双床房(侧面对着大海). 早餐也还是不错的, 虽然不是四五星酒店全套自助餐; 酒店还有提供去往沙滩时用的毛巾, 很贴心; 由于天气不好, 我们没有使用可爱的泳池, 遗憾了呢. 唯一不足是电视节目, 只能使用INTERNET TV, HBO GO 去看一些东西, 好像没有找到直播的电视台节目. 另外就是美国的酒店都没有拖鞋, 需自备; 牙具也要自己带.”
