“It was quiet and clean ”

“Great quiet piece of property. We enjoyed fishing in the bay and sunbathing by the pool! The only negative was the pool was freezing, don’t think they have a heater.”

“We had such an amazing time while staying at this property! It was exactly as described. The property is beautiful and has all that you need onsite for a great stay. Communication with the property owner was superb. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is a short distance from groceries, shopping, entertainment, and the beach. We had an amazing stay here and would return. ”

“We are a local family of 3 generations, ages 1-84. This house was perfect for us. We stayed on the property the entire time and there was plenty to stay as busy or relax as we wanted. It is so secluded and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat at the house. The house was very clean. ”

“The views were lovely of the water with moss draped trees, however the home had miscommunications regarding cleaning, it was taken care of, but resulted in late 7:30 entry. There were a number of discrepancies, the home was not what was expected for the price. To his credit Jerry was very communicative.”

“I have stayed at this property multiple times and it does not disappoint. It is very spacious and has a ton of amenities. Very convenience to Pensacola and Navarre Beaches. Lots of places to dine and shopping nearby. Love that it is pet friendly!!! Having an in-unit washer and dryer is a huge plus. Will definitely stay again.”

“Had about a week in the property and enjoyed it very much. The horses are a nice touch and relaxing to watch and pet. Place is well decorated and comfortable. Good communication and the caretakers are right next door if you need anything. ”
