“In general nice property, quiet neighborhood. We had two families with one child each and it was a little tight on space and managing with one bathroom however not the properties fault we know better next time we need more space. The proximity to the beach was nice and a selling point. House did not have a lot of games or laundry detergent/extra trash bags so I would pack a few if booking. The management company was quick to respond and accommodated our requests.”

“The yard is awesome, of course the hot tub at the top of the hill was the best, and we enjoyed the firepit as well. The house was a tidy little cottage at which we enjoyed our stay. It’s within a short walk to the National Park and downtown Miller Beach. The neighborhood is fine, pretty secluded, and still close to most attractions.”

“Our traveling team size was 30 and we struggled giving everyone a proper sleeping arrangement. I would definitely recommend a team no bigger than 25. Unless you put 3 to a king bed, which we did not. They do include air mattresses as counting twin beds as well, which again, isn't up to par for some college sport programs for a week stay. “We had a great stay! The property was perfect- hot tub, plenty of beds, comfortable beds, walking distance to Lake Michigan! Home was comfortable and clean and the managers were easy to reach with questions-just a text away. Would definitely stay here again”

“We all just loved it here, all the beds are very comfortable, everything is in good working order. Communication with managers was prompt and easy. We would have appreciated an orientation book, to minimize hunting for first aid kit; we didn't find it until the end of the last day. There is one or two bathrooms that have no towel racks, so door nobs had to do. We also thought the check in early and check out late fees were way too high. “Overall, my sister and I enjoyed our stay at The Hummingbird Cottage. The host was very helpful and was very responsive. We loved all the beach supplies (even though we did not swim due to the cold weather), but it was nice that those were available. The cottage was also equipped with a lot of everyday necessities. However, we we just wished their was spare blankets to lounge with while we watched tv. The only negative experience we had was underneath the beds, they were dirty. However, I……
