“The yard is awesome, of course the hot tub at the top of the hill was the best, and we enjoyed the firepit as well. The house was a tidy little cottage at which we enjoyed our stay. It’s within a short walk to the National Park and downtown Miller Beach. The neighborhood is fine, pretty secluded, and still close to most attractions.”

“Our traveling team size was 30 and we struggled giving everyone a proper sleeping arrangement. I would definitely recommend a team no bigger than 25. Unless you put 3 to a king bed, which we did not. They do include air mattresses as counting twin beds as well, which again, isn't up to par for some college sport programs for a week stay. We would have appreciated an orientation book, to minimize hunting for first aid kit; we didn't find it until the end of the last day.
