“We had an amazing stay at this house on the water in Myrtle Beach! The views were absolutely beautiful, and being right on the water made it extra relaxing. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was close to restaurants and attractions, yet quiet enough to enjoy peaceful mornings by the water. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect getaway spot! ”

There is plenty of space in the home which easily accommodated our family of 14. The porch was a highlight of the home. Always a great place to view the ocean. We would not hesitate to book this home in the future. ”

“The house was in a great location to the beach, restaurants, wal-mart, and to other activities. The house needed some repairs and a few other things addressed. However, for our stay, we made lots of good memories. The pool and hot tub was great once we figured out how to use the hot tub. Beach area was nice. Needs a little fixing up inside and out but for our needs it worked out really nice.”

“Needed a single level beachfront to accommodate 80 and under 30's at same time for family week at beach. Fit the bill perfect. Couldn't figure out how to turn lights on in big room and fan off, imagine there was a remote somewhere, too high to reach. Not a big deal. Otherwise everything was perfect. Everyone loved sitting on porch watching our kids surf. Cooked most of our meals at house having dinner for nine on the porch sometimes and sometimes at the big table in kitchen. We love playing……

“Easy process with Booe Realty. Friendly people and pretty easy check in process. The house is older and does have some wear and tear that should be looked after. The path to the beach had not been looked after for some time, screens were torn, etc. little stuff. Several of the games were missing items. No dice for Yahtzee, missing cards from a card deck. Kitchen was amazing. Nice remodel on that one. It was big and a big thank you for all the extras that came with it, all the way down to the……

“Beautiful home. Very accommodating with everything you could possibly need. Never had so many things provided. Pool was wonderful after a hot day on the beach and the movie room is absolutely amazing. Host were very responsive. Perfect home for family. We cooked most our meals at the house and dressed up according to the theme night and food we were eating, so fun! Coming to Myrtle Beach for years best house by far. ”
