“Great house for a large group, conveniently located for activities to get the most of Myrtle Beach!Access to the beach was phenomenal and coming back to relax in the hot tub and swim in the pool was awesome.David the Host was very responsive and made sure that our needs were well taken care of. Highly recommend for making wonderful family memories.”

“Had a wonderful stay. The place itself is in a super convenient location, close to everything and even closer to a really nice restaurant one block away. We walked to it for dinner one night. The view is great especially with the ocean right in front of us. It's like we had our own space of the beach too ourselves. The only gripes I would have is the bed I was in was a bit lop sided and the grill was extremely dirty the first night we tried to do a BBQ. These things didn't ruin our awesome……

“Overall, we had a lovely stay at the Osprey Nest. The beachfront view is breathtaking, especially from the upstairs balcony. The location is excellent, and the house is large and accommodating. The property management was communicative and nice every time we interacted with them, too. The pictures accurately capture the house's essence and the potential of what it will be as they continue cosmetic updates. “Easy process with Booe Realty. Friendly people and pretty easy check in process. The house is older and does have some wear and tear that should be looked after. The path to the beach had not been looked after for some time, screens were torn, etc. little stuff. Several of the games were missing items. No dice for Yahtzee, missing cards from a card deck. Kitchen was amazing. Nice remodel on that one. It was big and a big thank you for all the extras that came with it, all the way down to the……
