“Very convenient to ocean, attractions and services. The whole family loved the pool. The bedrooms were situated so kids could have an early bedtime while adults could stay up and not worry about being too loud. We all would love to stay there again. ”

“Old fashioned knotty pine paneled oceanfront beach house with the perfect porch including 6 rocking chairs and a hammock. No hotels close by so beach not crowded. The porch was our favorite spot when not on the beach up until bedtime. Updated kitchen great for preparing your meals. Plenty of flatware, dishes and glassware for your crowd. Great sectional for lounging if you give up your rocker. If you’re planning on doing much cooking take a sharp knife and bakeware to accommodate your recipes.……

“The house was in a great location to the beach, restaurants, wal-mart, and to other activities. The house needed some repairs and a few other things addressed. However, for our stay, we made lots of good memories. The pool and hot tub was great once we figured out how to use the hot tub. Beach area was nice. Needs a little fixing up inside and out but for our needs it worked out really nice.”

“Easy process with Booe Realty. Friendly people and pretty easy check in process. The house is older and does have some wear and tear that should be looked after. The path to the beach had not been looked after for some time, screens were torn, etc. little stuff. Several of the games were missing items. No dice for Yahtzee, missing cards from a card deck. Kitchen was amazing. Nice remodel on that one. It was big and a big thank you for all the extras that came with it, all the way down to the……
