“Within walking distance from metro Interdente station and good morning walk of 20 minutes to Hard Rock Cafe (day tour meeting point). We had dinner on the first day but really not enjoyed. Good breakfast though. Bath ropes were provided on the day of check in. As we stayed for seven days, we asked for replacement after two days. But to our disappointment, we were told that it was out of stock . ”

“Great stay at the Santiago de Alfama! The people were very friendly, helpful and accommodating! We loved the food at the restaurant, but recommend choosing to get the breakfast some mornings and going to local spots the other mornings! Corquettes were the best! ”

“It was our first time in Lisbon and we heard Alfama was one of the best areas to be in - I tend to agree! Rui was incredibly helpful and we were able to converse with him on WhatsApp. We ran into some communication issues initially as they contacted my cell phone to organize check in. I’d suggest for Rui to use email next time as my partner and I purchased eSIMs so we didn’t have our local numbers activated. We stayed in the main floor on O Patio. The washer and dryer was a huge plus for us……

“非常好的住宿體驗，在進到房間之後發現沒有浴缸後，我提出希望住在有浴缸的房型，服務人員很快速的幫我處理，並帶我們看了兩個房間來做選擇，最後我選了一間帶浴缸且有小陽台的房間，房間寬敞能輕鬆把行李箱打開，早上還可以打開陽台享受里斯本早晨的空氣與街景。 每天晚上五點前清潔人員會把房間收拾乾淨 ，床柔軟舒適我住在這裡的四個晚上躺到床上都一下子就睡着了，住宿早餐提供的卡布奇諾很好喝，第二天吃到蛋塔讓我印象深刻，服務人員熱情又有禮貌，若有機會再來訪，我一樣會選擇這間飯店！”

“Beautiful old building in Old Town. Small three room total property. Beautiful art throughout the property with a view of the water. No lift so awkward with heavy luggage and bags. Do not recommend for anyone with mobility problems. ”

“Entire country experienced a blackout, Mon 28May 2025. There was no emergency lighting for the stairs and passageways. This was a major safety concern”

“This apartment is the best. First, location is definitely the best, just few steps outside of Rossio station. Second, they provide Pappa, Sault and olive oil, that is so good for us to cook in a apartment. Third, their laundry in common areas and easy-to-use, their also provide laundry ball. Last but not least, their honesty bar is so good. ”

“Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.”

“Great location, walking distance to lots places Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Too bad there is no laundry machines on the site, the closest laundromat costs a lot, it costed me 8.5 euros to wash a small load and 5.5 euros to dry the load and couldn’t get totally dried. ”
