“El hotel en excelente condiciones, habitaciones comodas y limpias, sin embargo es importante la limpieza diaria, cambio de las toallas y la basura es lo unico negativo. Solicite un cepillo para barrer y limpiar mi habitacion. Nos hospedamos 4 dias y 3 noches y no correspondió nunca el dia de limpieza deben prestar atención en eso. El desayuno bueno. La piscina es pequen̈a para el hotel y la cantidad de habitaciones. Sin embargo nos volveriamos a hospedar alli.”

“We were pleased to be updated to an ocean view suite upon arrival - it was very big for just the two of us. One of the best things about this hotel is it's location on the beach. The pool was nice and a good temperature, although the lazy river was a bit cooler. There was a lot of choice at breakfast but the temperature of the food was a bit cold. It was good to have a bar on site that also served food. Unfortunately the bar was around the pool with limited covering so not a good option when it……

“Researched before booking and even called the property to ask if the pool was heated. I was told it was heated. Upon arrival the pool was not heated at all. In fact, it was ice cold. Disappointing considering we booked this over a couple of other lesser expensive options for the heated pool. ”

“It was my birthday weekend on May 10 and May 11, 2025. Check in was excellent; staff was very friendly and professional. Will come back and stay again it was cozy during our stay! Would recommend to family, friends and colleagues.”

“Property was quiet the first couple day, but the last day was a lot of noise at 2am in the morning. Room did not get clean during my 4 day stay. However, manager was very nice in accommodating. ”

“Not a lot of staff, we enjoyed our stay but our power went out for a couple hours and we had a hard time getting in contact with someone. Room was ok, but I think could use a better cleaning. Seemed like staff maintained the outside well. Elevators worked good. ”
