“Brix-Placemakr Salt Lake City is brand new. In fact the workout area wasn’t completed yet. Room was good size & well designed. Great light relatively quiet for an Utah Pride weekend. It’s not like a bare bones Airbnb. It had a full compliment of everything from cutlery to cooking pots and pans, strainers bowls, brand new washer, dryer & TV hooked up to Roku easily accessing Netflix and other streaming accounts! “Went for a quiet weekend with friends and my husband and it was a great place for that. Quiet neighborhood and great parking options for the 3 cars we had. Host was very nice and had good communication. “Check in would have been easier in the day light- apt is located at the rear of the property. There was some noise from above just a few nights but no worse than a hotel.
