“At first glance it seems to be accurate to listing. It was a bit disappointing for a couple of reasons. The outdoor space is what solidified my decision to rent the house. The listing promotes this outdoor area and shows some great pictures, however, the space is extremely neglected, not clean, maintained or ready for use. It was May and beautiful weather to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails but the chairs and cushions were extremely dirty. Debris, branches, leaves, dirt everywhere. Not……

“The floors were dirty as evidenced by my filthy slippers. There was a red wine stain on the floor near the fireplace, which I wiped up. The vacuum does NOT work. The battery needs to be replaced (charging it does not work). We shouldn’t have to launder our sheets and towels. I have never had to do this in other VRBO homes.This was particularly difficult after having Thanksgiving dinner and then leaving on a 6 a.m. flight the next day. There were very few staples available (flour, sugar, cooking……

“This location is everything! Perfect ski in/ski out. The lift did get shut down during our stay since it was the end of the season but we easily grabbed the Empire shuttle and headed over to mid mountain without issue. The condo is gorgeous and well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Now the negatives- we arrived late night and the heat was working overtime despite it being 55 out. It was 92 inside and the heat wouldn’t cut off. Had to sleep with windows open and fans full……

“This house was just as advertised. Cheri was an excellent communicator. The kitchen was well stocked even including bags for leftovers. Loved having the washer and dryer. Loved the space to hang out as a family, and then time/space on our own. Garage was a bonus, and it was great to keep the car cool in the heat. Would recommend. The view out the back sealed the deal.”

“Easy communication with the owner. Clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped house. Very comfortable mattresses.”
