“I ordered online, it shows all rooms have kitchen, but the one I lived didn’t. There wasn’t even a sofa in the room! The guy who checked us in wasn’t very friendly, I mean cold. Maybe he was not happy that day. As a over two hundred dollar room (including tax), I feel a little bit disappointed! Only thing good is it’s very convenient to get to the beach. ”

“Where do I start, this hotel has everything you need, it has parking, pool, jacuzzi, a beautiful ocean view and it has so many restaurants close by. I highly recommend this hotel. The view was beautiful and the best part was I seen dolphins from my window, it was the coolest thing to see. The staff were amazing. I am definitely staying at this hotel again. ”

“The customer service here was amazing! The staff is very nice and maintained the hotel really well. The restaurant in the hotel (Calypso) had really great food and drinks also. ”

“We reserved the hotel several months in advance. Unfortunately a week before our booking they had a main AC go out and reached out to cancel due to extremely high temps. We were traveling with 4 teenagers to see a concert blocks away and there were not any other realistic options nearby. The assistant general manager, Valerie, reached out to discuss and was ready to do whatever (provide fans if we could handle, the heat, comp the room, etc). The great news is they were able to fix the AC……
