“Good hotel, only problem is there was a cockroach in my bathroom. Everything else was just fine. Treadmill and bike in fitness room do not work.”

“Check in process was not good, front desk lady was vary rude, not polite or no greeting and smiling even. Room was good, nice swimming pool and hot tub. Management needs to hire real customer care front desk staff and fired all staff who don't like their job.”
