“Evening staff Alexandra was excellent, very professional and friendly doing her job. Honored any requests promptly. She did our check in and got us a room on the first floor for easier access. Day shift staff was very nice and helpful as well. This hotel was nice and clean appeared newer. We enjoyed the kitchenette and spacious suite. I will recommend to family and friends. “Nice hotel for couples or families on vacation. Complimentary breakfast was nice with lots of options. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The buidling itself could use some updating but I think it was adequate. Only complaints I have is that the elevator rooms on the parking structure floors smelled like rotten milk. Also paying for parking sucks when other places offer free parking. Also haunted house next door is BLASTING music. I could hear it from my room but i imagine being close……

“I visit Gatlinburg every year. I always stay in a cabin, but decided to switch up a little, and I loved it. I'm big on beautiful views of the mountains. I still got that staying there. The pool area was great, my grandkids really enjoyed it, and the warm cookies whenever you wanted them was delicious. I would definitely stay again.”
