“Everything at the hotel was great. The front desk staff were amazing and I will always return to the hotel. My only complaint was the fact that I received a parking fine AFTER leaving and having paid parking directly to the hotel for every day I was there :(”

“Extensive fresh breakfast with loads of choices. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was larger than expected. ”

“Service is very nice and location is very prefect as near by retail park, that’s easy to get in the restaurants. Room is clean and the size is big but dust was found on the bed.”

“This hotel is dated but the staff and proximity to London’s theatre district more than made up for its lack of modernization. This is a grand old broad with new outfits - including a not so finished fitness center, pop up restaurant and lovely bar. ”
