“Our room was a double but with a shared bathroom. The ‘shared’ bit wasn’t clear on booking otherwise I’d have avoided it. They did offer to cancel but my booking was non refundable so we stayed. We walked from the station at King’s Cross, 45 mins so not far. Uber £7 in the morning to KC. Our room was very nice, comfortable. There’s a small patio garden area which in the nice weather will be amazing. The bathroom we only used for the toilet as we’re on our way home. Would I stay again? Yes but……

Be careful if you are sensitive to noise.

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
